From DMSeeleysTools this adjustable Cutter will cut a perfect circle in light metals, plastic or wood. I've seen other bits listed that claim they will cut metal, ask the seller if thats what it says on the blister pack.This cutter has a Replaceable carbide bit and drill. Use wood or metal drills. Comes with metal drill and carbide.

Capacity:

7/8" to 5" diameter. Cutting depth up to 5/8". Shank 1/4"  to fit most drills.
